PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Montpellier Care provides practical support that helps people stay comfortable and independent at home. Our team can assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, medication prompts, and getting put into the community. Support is tailored to your individual needs and delivered with dignity, reliability, and a friendly approach, so service users and their families feel confident and reassured.
PERSONAL CARE
Montpellier Care offers sensitive and respectful personal care to support comfort, dignity and wellbeing at home. Our team can assist with washing, bathing, dressing and continence care, oral hygiene and skin care always at the pace of the individuals with their choices at the centre. We focus on maintaining independence where possible, providing safe, compassionate support that helps people feel confident and cared for.
NIGHT SITS
Montpellier Care provides overnight support to offer reassurance, safety, and comfort throughout the night. Our nightsits include monitoring and personal care, mediation prompts, and assistance with repositioning - as well as being there for companionship and peace of mind. Whether you need regular overnight support or short-term cover during recovery, or respite, our presence ensures service users and families can rest knowing help is always close by.
RESPITE FR CARERS
At Montpellier Care, we understand how challenging caring for a loved one can be. We offer a wide range of carer respite options, including one-off carer respite for those unexpected times, occasional night sits or regular visits. Montpellier Care understands that these carer respite requirements are not always predictable. Therefore, we can provide this service on an Ad Hoc basis.
COMPANIONSHIP
We at Montpellier Care understand how important social contact is to optimise people's health and wellbeing. We recognise that some people become isolated, not through choice, but from physical and mental health conditions. If this sounds like you or a loved one, contact us for more information.
WELFARE CHECKS
Do you have a loved one you are having difficulty contacting? Montpellier Care can offer regular or Ad Hoc welfare checks. At Montpellier Care, we understand that just having someone check on a loved one and provide feedback will reassure families and, if needed, refer to appropriate services. Just give us a call, and providing the person has previously consented to welfare checks, we can help!
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Although we can't offer the administration of medication as a long-term service, we are happy to help on a short-term basis. We can support with occasional or monthly medication management. Has your loved one recently been discharged from the hospital or is temporarily unwell and in need of some short-term support? Our staff are trained and compliant with medication management and administration. Due to how Montpellier Care operates, we can generally (staff and service depending) slot in medication calls. If this service is required long-term, we can support until resolved.
END OF LIFE CARE
At Montpellier Care, we understand how important it is for people to have the option to be supported in their own home when they are nearing the end of their life, should this be what they want. Depending on staff availability, Montpellier Care is happy to work with health professionals and families to provide quality of life, whilst providing the support needed to ensure the individual is well looked after, comfortable, and most of all valued. We know consistency is essential whilst providing excellent quality of care. Therefore, we strive to ensure staff are fully qualified to deliver this complex support. Unfortunately, this does limit the availability of this service.
HOME FROM HOSPITAL
Montpellier Care offers seamless support for a safe and comfortable return home after a hospital stay. Our team can assist with settling back in, personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, mobility support, and monitoring during recovery. We tailor care to individual needs, helping to reduce the risk of readmission and giving service users confidence, reassurance, and practical help whilst strength and independence and regained.
EMERGENCY/ ON CALL SERVICE
Montpellier Care can offer an on-call or emergency help system for existing customers. Should you or your loved one have a fall and do not require medical support but need assistance, this is something Montpellier Care can accommodate. We know our emergency services are overstretched and overloaded, which means a longer waiting time. People may be reluctant to call the emergency services at all. We have the highest level of training and equipment to support people in these circumstances.
PET SUPPORT
Montpellier Care understands how important our pets are to our health and wellbeing - they are considered part of the family. There may be several reasons a person may not be able to provide the care needed for their pets: acute illness, reduced mobility, hospital admission, or inability to drive. Montpellier care for a wide range of support for your pets. This includes feeding pets, cleaning up after your pets, dog walking, or even supporting taking your pets to veterinary appointments. We understand that your pet's health and well-being are just as important as their owners.
CARE CONSULTANCY
Montpellier Care offers a consultancy service that provides independent expert advice around care and support. Information, advice and support will be provided by our staff who have over ten years of experience working in the social care industry for the local authority. This experience can be especially valuable in times of crisis or transition, such as being discharged from a hospital or moving into a care home. We can also help you explore possibilities, navigate the complex care system and enable you to make an informed decision to achieve the best solution for you.

The support we provide varies depending on the needs and wishes of the people we support. With this in mind, we offer a quote following an assessment. We can, however, promise that our prices are competitive with the leading care providers in the area. Please do get in touch, and we can have a brief discussion about the support you want.
