No experience needed as all training will be provided, but a passion for caring for others is essential.
COMING UP AT MONTPELLIER
We are super excited to attend Glow Winter Illuminations @ Harlow Carr again this year. This is an event we love to attend every Christmas to experience amazing light displays and enjoy festive food and drinks along the way! The perfect event for some festive fun.
Montpellier Care Company is an RHS Harlow Carr member - if anyone is interested in attending any events, please do get in touch!
HARROGATE GATEWAY CLUB
Harrogate Gateway Club provides a safe and friendly leisure provision in Harrogate for people with learning disabilities where everyone can feel equal and enjoy themselves. Our social group runs each Monday evening from The Wesley Centre in Harrogate between 7 - 9pm. We have our weekly disco as well as various themed nights, Karaoke, Raffles, Bingo, Quizes, BBQ's and much more! We also offer an annual holiday open to all members as well as day trips to various places e.g Blackpool to see the illuminations and Knowsley Safari Park. We currently have a membership of approximately 40 members with a volunteer team of 6 helping to run the club on a weekly basis. Our doors are always open to welcome new members and volunteers alike so if you thing this may be of interest to you please pop along and we would be delighted to show you around.
Another festive event we love to attend annually is the Christmas Pantomime @ Harrogate Theatre! This year the pantomime is Jack and The Beanstalk.
This is another magical tradition to get you in the Christmas spirit. Our clients that we have taken to the panto look forward to it every year, as do we!
