MEL WAREHAM
REGISTERED MANAGER & COMPANY DIRECTOR
Mel started her career in the care industry as a care assistant in a local authority residential home. It was evident early in her career that this was the right career for her. Mel started by completing her Level 2 and Level 3 in Adult Social Care. Within her role, Mel has the unique opportunity of working closely with nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists on a rehabilitation unit, where promoting independence was key to the progression of the service users. The experience and insight Mel gained from this work were invaluable, and she was able to use this experience to further her career. Mel progressed to a senior care worker, then onto a social care coordinator, completing assessments and organising care and support for vulnerable adults in the community. Mel is passionate about making a difference and providing people with a quality of life. Whilst in the role of social care coordinator, Mel completed a psychology degree with the Open University. Mel has been able to apply the knowledge, skills and experience to creating Montpellier Care.

He saw the physical and emotional stresses people encounter when they become suddenly unwell and when having to make life-changing decisions.
Ian has personal qualities which are a great contributor to Montepllier Care. Ian also has a love for all animals.
Given his personal qualities, Ian is great with managing appointments, correspondence and utility bills. Ian will also provide the majority of pet support services within the team.
